At Frigidairfilters, every dress is crafted with love and care — and we want your little one's experience to be nothing short of perfect. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.
Overview
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from stains, perfume, smoke, or pet hair
- In original packaging where possible
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
- Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made dresses
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@frigidairfilters.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with your return approval and a prepaid return shipping label sent directly to your email.
- Download and print the shipping label at home and attach it securely to your return package.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping a photo of your drop-off receipt until your refund is confirmed.
Once your return label has been emailed to you, it is valid for 14 days. Please ship your item within that window to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or card provider, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the amount to appear on your statement
If your return is not approved (e.g., item shows signs of wear), we will contact you and the item may be sent back at your expense.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
We happily accept exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Request an exchange within 30 days of your delivery date
- Contact us at info@frigidairfilters.com with your order number and the size or color you'd like instead
- If your requested item is in stock, we'll process the exchange and ship the replacement once we receive your original item
- If your requested size or color is out of stock, we'll issue a full store credit valid for 12 months
Domestic exchanges are processed free of charge — no additional shipping fee for the replacement item.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We sincerely apologize if your order arrived with an issue. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
Email us at info@frigidairfilters.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return, replacement, or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, before processing begins. To cancel, contact us immediately at [your email address] with your order number.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you are welcome to return it under our standard return policy once it arrives.
